Joseph is a Partner at Harpeth Consulting concentrating in healthcare and insurance advisory services, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Joseph has more than 22 years of healthcare experience ranging from corporate restructuring and interim management, to revenue cycle, due diligence, regulatory compliance, strategy and change management. Joseph is a Practice Area leader in Harpeth's restructuring, due diligence and interim management practices.

Joseph specializes in the management and restructuring of distressed companies, with a particular focus in the insurance industry working with state and local governments providing litigation support and receivership services for HMOs and workers' compensation carriers. Joseph is currently serving as the Special Deputy Liquidator for the State of Tennessee on receiverships of several distressed entities.  

Prior to Harpeth Consulting, Joseph served as SVP and CFO of Castle Dental Corporation (CASL.OB), and was instrumental in the successful restructuring and turnaround of a publicly traded company. During Joseph's tenure with Columbia / HCA, his executive level experience included government relations, mergers and acquisitions, and public policy working with the Center for Medicaid and the Uninsured to assist government entities in developing programs to effectively manage the care of the uninsured and underinsured population. Outside of Healthcare, Joseph has served as CFO of multiple organizations including technology and internet companies during the 1990s.
